Insurance

All our guests are covered by Pet Plan Insurance during their stay with us but we hope they will never need to use it.

We can not cover against any pre-existing conditions.

Diet

We supply a varied diet including Hills, Iams, James Wellbeloved, Whiskas, Felix plus many more. We will discuss your cat's diet with you and ensure they experience the minimum disruption .

Please note that Veterinary Prescription diets must be supplied by the owner.

Medication

We are happy to administer medication prescribed by your vet but please discuss this with us before your visit.

Grooming

We are happy to groom, clip claws and give your cat as much TLC as they like!

Personal Belongings

We supply cat baskets and blankets but your cat may settle more quickly if you bring their own bed or blanket. Also please let your cat bring their favourite toy if they have one!

We do ask that you do not bring any toys on string or long elastic because of the possible safety implications.
